Your legal rights are with us, the seller, whatever the warranty says. See our Returns page for refunds, repairs and replacements on faulty goods.
The maker’s warranty
2 years from the day you receive the robot. The guarantor is the maker, PURUIKAI LTD, Unit 3B Froxmer Street Industrial Estate, Manchester M18 8EF (registered in England and Wales, company number 16617899). It covers both robots and their parts bought from us, anywhere in Great Britain. Start by emailing us at info@savvyelectrics.com and we’ll take it from there with PuRuiKai.
What it covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Motor, suction or control faults that aren’t caused by external damage
- Battery or power failures that aren’t caused by misuse
- Accessories from the box that fail in normal use
- Software or firmware faults
What it doesn’t cover
- Misuse, drops or falls, including falls from glass without the safety rope tied
- Water damage from unsuitable use
- Repairs or changes by anyone other than PuRuiKai
- Normal wear: pads, other consumables, scratches
- Damage from cables or adapters that didn’t come in the box
- Use on surfaces the product page says it isn’t for
